4.2 We Probe In Peace

Holy Frack! Doth your eyes deceive you?! Is this a Goth-Sanity Update?!

It IS! ^_^ Welcome back everybody! I'd go into long boring detail as to why I haven't updated in a while, but I'm sure you're not particularly interested . . . Lets just say holidays + computer issues = suck-tastic-timez. 

BUT! Let's just get right down to it, shall we? In case you've forgotten, a quick recap ; our new heiress, the completely cracked Honour Goth took over the torch last update and married her Genie True Love, Chimaera Thrill. 

Our first entry of this post is said-Genie, off of honeymoon-leave and heading out to his first day on the job! What job, you ask? He's also joined the Fortune Telling career, but he's actually going into the Celebrity Psychic branch. Should be interesting! 

Honour is . . . feeling the effects of the previous night's baby-making endeavors.

Aww, Beau and Caitlyn! . . . This would be SO much more adorable if you weren't about to boink in your DAUGHTER'S bed, omg. -_-

To my surprise, it turns out this is Chi's favorite past-time in the house, of late. Also, note the pile of clothes and the smug expression. He's totes skinny-dipping. This is also common, lol.

Honour is hard at work on her painting skill. Her LTW is to master 3 skills, and we've decided to focus on painting first. Aaah, insane sims. They always make the best paintings. :>

Chimaera decides to endear himself to me by being helpful and making breakfast.

It's not long before Honour pops with her first pregnancy. Yay Gen 5!

HONOUR - Soooo, honey . . . I hope you like babies 'cause we're havin' one. Like, soon.

CHIMAERA - *mind-blown*

Chimaera eases the tension of that sudden announcement with a nice, long soak in the hot-tub.

It was at this point that I installed Seasons. One of my first orders of business was to watch the Weather Channel on TV. Given that it started in default summer, the forecast was . . . sunny.

As you can see in the background, that brief telecast was enough to bork the TV. Honour, however, has no f*cks to give as she enjoys a grilled cheese sammich.

And then . . .  this.

CHIMAERA - Don't look at meeeeee! I didn't do anything!!

Sorry babe, your guilty crossed eyes and the pee puddle between your legs begs to differ. -_-*

I caught Beauregard heading out to the graveyard . . . I'm not sure how the freezer-bunny gnome got kicked over, but Beau was kind enough to right him up. Good Guy Beau. <3

Caitlyn actually decided to pay some attention to Starlight. The kitty doesn't get near-enough screen time right now, but in my defense . . . my one controllable sim usually has more important things to do, lol. Still, laser pointer fun!

CASSANDRA - I think you're #1 in this house.

CHIMAERA - Yaaaay! *clap clap* *person-person-plus*

BONEHILDA - Don't mind me . . . just doin the dishes . . . . 

Honour is still painting away. Thinking about being preggers.

All of a sudden, I caught Bonehilda sneaking. WTH Bonehilda? O_o What could you possibly be up to?

Oh . . . ha . . . ahahahahahaha! Chimaera is about to pay the price of taking his clothes off all the time.

Wow, that's . . . an interesting piece there, Honour. Is there a reason why you stopped painting?

HONOUR - Yes, yes there is.

And what is that?

HONOUR - UTERUS PUNCH!

Ooooh, it's THAT time already, is it? Alright then, off to the hospital with you.

Honour takes her time strolling next door to the hospital. Conveniently placed legacy house is convenient.

It took a while for Chimaera to realize that his wife was giving birth and that it was time to get out of the hot tub. Without clothes, he has to wear a towel instead. I think this is actually the first time I've had this happen in one of my own games. Chi . . . pulls off the towel look well. :P

CHIMAERA - I must go, my people wife needs me!"

In due time, Honour eventually returns to the house--in her wedding dress--with a brand new baby boy!

Everyone say hello to Ichabod Goth! He was born a Witch, with the Loves the Heat and Friendly traits. He enjoys Indie music, Key Lime Pie and the color Green. 

After putting Ichabod down in his crib, Honour decides that Chi's towel has inspired her to get started on baby #2 post-haste . . . .

Into the bed, with an inexplicable wardrobe change by Honour . . . that's not even one of her outfits, what the heck?

And then as soon as they come back out of the covers . . . O_o Really Honour? She's like one of those professional fast-wardrobe-changers.

After fun times, it was back into the nursery to look after little Ichabod, who had become lonely by then.

HONOUR - BLAAAAAAAARGH!

What's that? Baby #2 is official? Awesome!

Still in his towel, Chimaera challenges Beau to a 'friendly' video game.

BEAU - Dagnabbit! You're usin' your psychic genie powers to cheat!

CHIMAERA - I have no idea what you're talking about . . . pwned. 

I finally had Honour 'lure' Chimaera into the shower so he'd get his clothes back. Spoiler ; she didn't have to try hard to convince him. XD

That night we had our first alien visit!

He didn't do much, though. Just took out this doo-hicky and scanned our telescope for a minute before rushing off before Honour could talk to him. And he drove off in a Sloppy Jalopy rather than a space ship . . . .

HONOUR - *in her recently adjusted Outdoor Wear* What the eff is this?! I want to hold the baby!

Yes . . . Bonehilda is back to her baby-hogging ways.

Honour was finally able to wrest Ichabod away from the maid and feed him. Bonehilda pouted in the corner in protest.

Then Honour was right back in front of the easel.

HONOUR - Hey, Chi . . . you know how we just had a baby?

CHIMAERA - Uh . . . yah?

HONOUR - Well, now we're gonna have TWO! Yay, right?

CHIMAERA - . . . srsly? 

And then, suddenly! Bright lights outside the house! What could this be? Who will investigate?

..... of COURSE it's my heavily pregnant Torch-Holder. Lord, I hope she survives this . . .

HONOUR - HALP!

Sorry sweetie . . . you're along for the ride, like it or not.

Luckily it didn't last long. Honour was so traumatized by whatever happened though that she couldn't even properly articulate her dislike. Only that it was bad. The alien dude took off right afterward.

HONOUR - So, Chi . . . I just got abducted by aliens and subjected to all sorts of tests and stuff . . . I was wondering if you'd protect me from now on?

She asked him to protect her, and he happily agreed. True Love! :D

The next day, birthday! Honour makes sure to give a picture-worthy pose before helping Ichabod blow out the candle.

Daddy and the grandparents--in their PJs--are on hand to celebrate with him.

And after his sparklies . . . Caitlyn's genes are strong in this one, lolol. Gramma's red hair and purple eyes, and mama's skintone. Still a cutie though.

Then Honour finished the very first TH portrait of this ISBI!

HONOUR - It's too dark. It sux.

Well you're the one that painted it, that's your fault. XD I don't care about quality, I'm all about points, lol.   

After that is through, it's on to starting to teach little Ichabod how to walk. I'm hoping to get the toddlers fully trained this gen, since she's a stay at home mommy who can pound Invigorating Elixirs to stay awake 24-7, lol.

In his free time, Ichabod has developed a fondness for the dollhouse. He's so precious, carnivorous tendancies aside.

Mom was trying to get in some more painting, but NOPE! Second baby would like to be born nao plz!

Yet again, Honour returns from the hospital with a new baby, a little girl! Everyone meet Jocelyn Goth! She's a Witch AND a Genie (something I didn't think was possible, so it's probably one of my MoDs) Joce is an Evil Couch Potato, who enjoys . . . some music, food and the color Lime. I totally forgot to write it down. <---fail! I'll get back to you!

That's it for the most part, though now I'll share with you some spares updates before we go!

First up we have Felix and Raven's second-born daughter, Nightingale Goth. You'll see her again before this update is over . . .

Deirdre's son Jeremiah Goth reached young adulthood.

Meanwhile Daphne . . .

And Deirdre both hit their elder stage.

But not before Deirdre's super-late-in-life-baby boy Cedrick came to be. UGH, why do you have to be in the family tree! I WANT THAT HAIR IN MY GENE POOL!

Everett's daughter Lola has reached childhood stage.

Felix and Raven's eldest daughter Sparrow is also a child.

And remember Nightingale from the beginning? Child now too.

And just for icing, Felix and Raven decided to have one more baby, a son named Hawk.

Aaaaaand last but not least! Gwendolyn and her husband Zack have had their first child, a baby girl named Samantha!
